Will my order arrive in one parcel?
We may send your products out in separate parcels, this is due to us having warehouses worldwide.
I noticed a payment on my card?
I noticed a charge on my card/bank statement 'Nutriana Health'. That would mean your card/bank has been used to place an order thru our site. If you are unsure of anything, or something does not seem right, just contact our support team as soon as possible and we will be happy to get you fixed up.
How do I check the status of my order?
Feel free to contact us. Our friendly team will help you out as soon as possible - we are here to help.
After you place your order, it is promptly sent to our supplier where we aim to pick and pack your order within 24 hours. Please be advised that once your item has been shipped, your order cannot be modified or cancelled so contact us immediately if you need to change your order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are shipped from our different warehouses across the world. Shipping usually takes between 2 - 4 weeks. You can track your order by getting in touch with us and we can send you your tracking updates.
How do I get my tracking number?
Tracking numbers will be made available upon request 3 business days after your order has been placed. If you would like to request your tracking number please contact us through our Contact Page and we will provide your tracking details.
